Our all-day café and market is now open in the heart of La Grange Park
Happier Now Café is the creation of La Grange Park mother-daughter duo Andrea and Donna Slivka. Our vision was to provide an inviting atmosphere where all are welcome to take a break and enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of food and beverages, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and local sourcing. The space also features a to-go food and beverage market, beer and wine bar, and kids play area + library. Learn more about our story here.

Our dine-in menu features coffee and breakfast snacks to kick off the morning, small plates, soups, and sandwiches throughout the day, and delicious dinner entrees in the evening. Grab a table or a seat at the bar and enjoy a wide selection of beers and wines.
We also have a to-go market featuring a carefully curated selection coffees, teas, wines, beers, and packaged goods. Guests can also purchase prepared meals and soups to take home and reheat."

Burrata was delicious, couldn’t get enough of the arugula salad and the bread is amazing. Burger was great and flank steak did not disappoint! Ended with the vanilla pan a cotta, also delicious. Stop in! You’ll be glad you did.”

“Friendly and attentive staff, clean and inviting atmosphere. The food was incredibly fresh, light and delicious. My husband and I ordered the tuna and egg salad sandwich, and the roasted turkey sandwich. Both were absolutely delish! They also offer a great variety of beverages, soups, and other dishes packaged up and ready to take home. Would recommend, will be returning !”
